Haryana Sarkar Budget 2017-18 in Hindi
हरियाणा बजट - 2017-2018
हरियाणा विधानसभा में 6 मार्च को मनोहर लाल सरकार द्वारा तीसरा बजट पेश किया गया,2017-18 बजट की कुलराशि (102329 .35) करोड़ रुपए है, हरियाणा राज्य में 50 साल में पहली बार 1 लाख करोड़ का बजट पेश किया गया, Haryana's वित्तमंत्री कैप्टिन अभिमन्यु जी द्वारा |
वर्तमान बजट में कौन सी नई योजनाओ का ऐलान किया गया है आइये जानने का प्रयत्न करते है -
1- मंगल नगर विकास योजना - इस योजना के अनुसार शहरी क्षेत्रो में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलोपमेन्ट के लिए 1000 करोड़ रुपएस खर्चे जाएंगे, मंगल सेन (1927-1990) हरियाणा की भारतीय जनता पार्टी और हरियाणा के उपमुख्यमंत्री थे,1977 से 1979 तक । वे रोहतक से हरियाणा विधान सभा के लिए सात बार चुने गए थे । उन्होंने जनसंघ के पहले भाजपा की राज्य इकाई के अध्यक्ष के रूप में कार्य किया था |
2- दीनबंधु हरियाणा ग्राम उदय योजना - इस योजना के अनुसार हरियाणा के 3000 से 10,000 तक की आबादी वाले 1500 गांवों के विकास के लिए 1200 करोड़ रूपये खर्चे जाएंगे | योजना नाबार्ड की सहायता से वित्त पोषित होगी।
3- सोनीपत में साइंस सिटी - साइंस सिटी के लिए भाजपा सरकार यानि की हरियाणा सरकार ने 80 करोड़ रूपये का ऐलान किया है इसके लिए 44 एकड़ भूमि का अधिग्रण हो चूका है मुरथल में, यह साइंस सिटी प्रदेश की पहली और भारत की तीसरी Science सिटी होगी, इसके इलावा अम्बाला में इसका sub -center बनेगा |
4- SYL - 1979 में हरियाणा ने 56 करोड़ की लागत से अपने हिस्से की SYL (सतलुज यमुना लिंक) नहर पूरी कर ली थी | पंजाब ने कुछ हिस्सा बनाया, बाकि छोड़ दिया | अब सरकार ने पानी लाने के लिए 2017-18 बजट में 100 करोड़ का बजट रखा है |
5- खेल - खेलो में राज्य सरकार ने 535 करोड़ का बजट बनाया है |
6- कृषि - हरियाणा प्रदेश कृषिप्रधान प्रदेश है और सरकार ने इस बजट में किसानों के लिए 3206 .01 करोड़ का बजट बनाया है जिसमे सरकार का लक्ष्य 2030 तक किसानों की आय दोगुना करना है इसके इलावा बागवानी और पशुपालन द्वारा किसानों की आर्थिक जीवन सुधारना है |
7- अंतरजातीय विवाह - इंटरकास्ट मेर्रिज को बढ़ावा देने के लिए सरकार ने प्रोतसाहन राशि 51000 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 1 लाख कर दी है परन्तु शर्त यह है कि दंपति में से एक SC वर्ग का हो |
8- डिजिटल हरियाणा - 125.56 करोड़ का बजट बनाया गया है |
